Time limit: 7 days from delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or physically damaged tools
- Misused products
- Items without original packaging
- Customized items
3. Return Process

- Send Order ID + Photos/Video
- Verification within 24–48 hours
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
5. Replacement
If you prefer a replacement, it will be shipped after inspection. If unavailable, refund will be issued.
